Refund Policy

At Johar E Osman, we aim to provide high-quality and original perfumes to every customer. Since perfumes are sensitive and cannot be resold once opened, our refund process follows strict hygiene and safety standards.

1. No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for any order.
Refunds are only provided in the form of:

  • Store credit, or

  • Product exchange

Store credit can be used on any future purchase.

2. When You Can Receive Store Credit or Exchange

You are eligible for store credit or exchange only if:

  • You received the wrong product,

  • The product arrived damaged,

  • The perfume bottle is leaking or broken on delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or exchanges are not offered if:

  • The perfume is opened, used, or tested

  • The seal is broken

  • The damage occurred after delivery

  • The customer changed their mind after receiving the product

  • Packaging, box, or accessories are missing

4. Reporting Time

All refund or exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Requests after 48 hours may not be accepted.

5. Return Inspection

Once your returned product is received:

  1. Our team will inspect the item.

  2. If approved, we will issue store credit or send a replacement product.

If the product does not meet return conditions, we may decline the refund or exchange.

6. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In some cases, the customer may need to pay return or re-shipping charges.
