Return & Exchange Policy

At Johar E Osman, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received the wrong product,

  • The product arrived damaged, or

  • The perfume bottle is leaking or broken.

Note:
Perfumes cannot be returned once opened, used, or tested, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Request Time

You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
After 48 hours, the request may not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused,

  • The packaging must be intact,

  • All items (box, seal, bottle) must be in original condition.

If the seal is broken or the perfume is used, the return will not be accepted.

4. Exchange Process

If your return is approved:

  1. You will send the product back to our address.

  2. After inspection, we will send a new replacement product.

  3. Exchange shipping may apply in some cases.

5. Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds.
We only offer:

  • Product exchange, or

  • Store credit (usable on future purchases).

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items

7. Delivery Issues

If the package is lost during shipping, we will investigate with the courier and provide support based on the courier’s report.
